We are a long established letting agent within the Cannock area. We provide both landlords and tenants with an excellent service. We offer a fast, efficient and friendly service, making renting as easy and stress free as possible.

We offer both a fully managed and tenant find only service and include a FREE twelve month rental protection policy to safeguard you as a landlord against loss of rent.

We will ensure that we find the best tenant for your property, carry out referencing checks and produce the tenancy agreement and legal documents for you.

On our fully managed service we will collect the rent each month, register the security deposit, complete an initial photographic and written inventory and carry out regular routine inspections. We will also deal with all repairs and arrange tradesman as required.
