Cooler trend looks like continuing for the rest of July

The cooler trend looks like it will continue for the rest of the month of July.
Looking at the latest GEFS graph it shows the temperature overall will remain below average. The graph shows the temperature at 850 hpa, 1,500 metres. The thick black line is the average 30 year temperature. The bottom of the graph is precipitation.
You can see the temperatures will be above average for the next few days, then the temperature looks like it will fall away sharply during Sunday. The first half of next week looks really cool maybe only seeing daytime highers around 13-15 c.
So GEFS certainly does not see any indications of any prolonged, summer like weather for the rest of July.
