Cannock Chase Radio  At The Musicals

#RemembranceSunday 10TH NOVEMBER

#HeathHayes and #Wimblebury
10:00am – Service at St John’s Church
10:40am – Service, wreath laying and silence (11am) at the Memorial Gates, Five Ways Island.
11:15am – Dispersal

At St Michaels Church, Main Road, Brereton – Meet on Armitage Lane at 9am, parade along lane onto the main road to the church.
After service march back to memorial on Coalpit Lane for 11am silence and service.
Gathering afterwards – Social Club on Armitage Lane.

10.00am ¬– United Church Service at Chadsmoor Bethany Baptist Church, Church Road.
Followed by Wreath Laying at the War Memorial, Burns Street.

10.15am – Parade assembles on Stafford Road, by the bus terminus, and marches to the War Memorial.
Laying of wreaths is followed by Church Service in St Luke’s Church, Cannock.

9.45am – Service at St Peter’s Church, Church Hill, followed by a parade to reach the War Memorial for 11am.
This is followed by a service and wreath laying ceremony. Parade then marches through the town to the Ex-Serviceman’s Club on Anglesey Street.

9:15am – Church Service at St Augustine's Church.
10:30am – Parade assembles at Mansfield House, Market Street.
10:45am – Parade marches to the Rugeley War Memorial.

#Norton Canes
10.30am - Service at St. James Church
6pm - Service at Trinity Methodist Church

In addition to the above the Royal British Legion have arranged an event at the Lido Working Men’s Club at 7.30 p.m. featuring Friends in Harmony Choir.


Armistice Day Service at the War Memorial, Burns Street
10.30am – service starts. Led by Rev Stephen Jackson, @Cannockexservicemenmalevoicechoir and Staffordshire Regimental Association. Joined by Chadsmoor School Children. Laying of wreaths will be welcomed
