This is the latest outlook for the next four weeks from the Japanese Met Agency the JMA. It is not meant to be a forecast but a general outlook. I have added the 3 images together and rotated them and added a red line so you can see the UK. Blue colours are low pressure area’s and oranges high pressure area’s.
Week 1, 15th to 21st October.
We have high pressure to the North East of Scotland and low pressure on the western coasts of Wales and England. We will have a dry couple of days but from early next week low pressure will move in. By the end of this period we will have above average rainfall, with the temperatures around average.
Week 2, 22nd October to 28th.
Low pressure is in control and we will have a lot of shower or longer spells of rain bringing above average rainfall. The temperature will be close to normal for the end of October.
Week 3-4, 29th October to 11th November.
Again low pressure will be in control brining little change in the weather, so above average rainfall and the temperatures close to normal for early November.
