Wet start to October.
Written by Steve Hopley on September 28, 2020
After what has been a fairly dry September my weather station only recorded 18.4 mm of rain at the time of writing this, I can see easily doubling that over the first few days of October.
It looks like we will see some rain during the last day of September, one or two showers around Thursday then from Friday and through the weekend we will see some periods of very heavy rain.
At the moment our air pressure is around 1013 hpa, come the weekend the air pressure will be around 990 hpa so that is quite a drop.
